Featuring five generously sized bedrooms and an additional detached bedroom, there is no shortage of sleeping options for guests. The house is wheelchair-friendly and suitable for individuals with disabilities. It is conveniently located within walking distance to popular tourist attractions, eateries, and the town center.
The large living room provides a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sea views. It is equipped with a 75-inch flat-screen smart TV and DVD player. Additionally, BRM1 has a 44-inch smart TV, BRM3 has a 43-inch smart TV, and the rear flat has a 55-inch smart TV. All TVs have access to Netflix (account provided), allowing simultaneous viewing in all rooms. The house is also equipped with ducted air conditioning for your comfort.
There are five bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite bathroom. The main bathroom is designed to accommodate individuals with disabilities. A second bathroom/laundry includes a shower, vanity, washing machine, and toilet. A coin-operated dryer is available on-site. There is also a separate toilet for added convenience.
The fully self-contained kitchen features a microwave and dishwasher, making meal preparation a breeze. Two high chairs are available for use. For outdoor cooking, there is a coin-operated BBQ at the rear of the property. Additionally, a detached flat at the rear offers extra space and includes a TV and sofa. Off-street parking is provided.
Upon arrival, guests will find provisions such as milk, tea, coffee, a range of cereals, sauces, sugar, salt, and pepper.
For groups of 11-16 people, there is an additional charge per person per night.
Please be aware that there are external security cameras on the property.
Please note that this property does not include linen. Guests are required to bring or hire their own Quilts/quiltcovers, sheets, pillows/pillowcases, towels, and tea towels. Linen hire is available at a cost of $33 per person linen hire set, which includes a quilt, quilt cover, sheets, pillowcase, and towel.

Please note that the Owner has various rights as follows: Bookings are subject to confirmation by the Owner, and the Owner reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time. Travel insurance is recommended. If the full amount of rental is not received by the due date, the Owner may RETAIN ANY DEPOSIT PAID, and re et the property. Should you need to cancel your booking the owner reserves the right to RETAIN the payment received if we are unable to re let for this period. All cancellations must be made in writing. RLA298101.
