The downstairs area of the holiday home features a family room with a large flat-screen TV, R/C air conditioner, and ceiling fan. There are three bedrooms on this level, including one with a queen bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed and built-in robe, and a third bedroom with two bunk beds and a built-in robe. Each bedroom is equipped with its own R/C air conditioner for personalized comfort. The main bathroom downstairs includes a separate shower, bath, and vanity, and there are two separate toilets for convenience. Laundry facilities, including a washing machine and dryer, are also available. A port-a-cot is provided for families traveling with infants.
Upstairs, you'll find an amazing open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area. The fully self-contained kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and gas cooktop/electric oven. The living area features a large flat-screen TV and a DVD player for entertainment. Two R/C air conditioners service this area, ensuring a comfortable environment year-round. The main bedroom upstairs boasts a queen bed, a walk-in robe, an ensuite with a double shower, and a separate toilet. There is also a lovely balcony area off the main bedroom, perfect for enjoying the views and fresh air. The second bedroom upstairs is furnished with a queen bed.
The large balcony upstairs is fully enclosed with sliding screens and doors, providing a safe and secure space for young children to enjoy. A gas hooded barbecue and outdoor setting are available for outdoor dining and relaxation.
The property includes a double garage for secure parking, as well as an outdoor hot and cold shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

Fantastic location, fantastic facilities.
After staying at 9a Surfside Court over the Easter break with our family we would highly recommend this property to future tenants.
We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves & our stay. The beach being so close was fantastic for the kids & adults alike.
Absolutely everything is thought of as to what is available to use on & in the property.
Although there was an air conditioning issue we were informed beforehand so there were no surprises & allowances had been accommodated.
Would highly recommend to families, we had 12 people stay & had other family members come for day trip visits with still plenty of room to sit around & relax.
Would definitely rent again. Thank you it was great!
