As a guest, you will have access to the entire apartment. This luxurious apartment comfortably accommodates up to four people, with a king-sized bed in one bedroom and one king single bed and 1 single bed in the other. The modern furnishings add a touch of luxury to your holiday experience. The two-way bathroom offers a spacious shower, a bath, and a toilet, while the European laundry provides a washing machine and ironing facilities. The fully self-contained kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, full-size fridge, oven, toaster, and kettle, allowing you to easily prepare your own meals.
The open lounge, dining, and kitchen area also provide balcony access and views of the surrounding hills. The spacious balcony is equipped with outdoor seating and a table.

The building also provides an outdoor heated swimming pool, gym, and secure car parking underneath, with allocated car park for one car. Please note that the maximum height clearance for undercover parking is 1.95m. Safety is not forgotten, as the property has a Fire/Sprinkler system and Smoke Alarms.

Should you need to cancel your booking the owner reserves the right to RETAIN the payment received if we are unable to re let for this period. All cancellations must be made in writing. RLA298101.
