This idyllic holiday destination sleeps 12, suitable for a large family or two families with 4 bedrooms, 2 living spaces and 2 bathrooms. Upstairs includes a fully self-contained kitchen with all the convenience of home plus a Breville barista, bean grinding espresso machine. The large dining table comfortably seats 12. The lounge area is ideal for curling up on those cold days to take in the view, whale watch or listen to clear, crisp sounds from the Bose Bluetooth music system. Enjoy one of the many games available, sit back and read a book from the house selection, or just watch the smart TV.
Artwork from local artists has been collected over many years and is displayed throughout. The house is air conditioned and NBN Wi-Fi is available. There is also a separate laundry with washing machine and dryer.
The beach can be accessed from the front yard complete with an outdoor shower. A Weber Q BBQ is located on the back balcony which has its own magnificent views over the wetlands to the hills. The backyard is fully fenced and there is a double lockup garage. A standard BBQ is available downstairs in the garage.
To eat out or enjoy coffee and cake, meander 2 minutes down the road to the Chiton Beach Cafe. The historic township of Port Elliot is a 15 minute walk to enjoy the many shops, cafes and restaurants, Victor Harbor is approximately a 40 minute walk along the beach or a 10 minute ride on the bike track which runs straight past the house. Wineries, Food Trails, National Parks are all within short distances. Come and enjoy all the Fleurieu Peninsula has to offer from the comfort of this beachfront home.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Guests can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival.
Guests will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within 60-30 days of arrival.
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will not be refunded.
A booking fee may be charged to you at the owner's discretion.
Cancellations or refund requests by guests on arrival or during occupancy as a result of circumstances beyond the control of Escape Holiday Rentals will not be refunded. RLA298101.

Please note that the Owner has various rights as follows: Bookings are subject to confirmation by the Owner, and the Owner reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time. Travel insurance is recommended. If the full amount of rental is not received by the due date, the Owner may RETAIN ANY DEPOSIT PAID, and re-let the property. Should you need to cancel your booking the owner reserves the right to RETAIN the payment received if we are unable to re-let for this period. All cancellations must be made in writing. RLA298101.
