This very comfortable holiday home is located just a few minutes' walk from the lovely township of Port Elliot. Its ideal location provides easy access to a variety of shops, eateries, and hotels along The Strand. Additionally, the beautiful Horseshoe Bay is only a short drive away, offering stunning coastal views and recreational activities.
As you enter the home, you will be greeted by a separate lounge area, complete with a TV and a ceiling fan for your comfort. Just across the hallway from the lounge is the main bedroom, featuring a queen bed and a ceiling fan. Further down the hall, you will find the second bedroom with a queen bed and ceiling fan, as well as the third bedroom with a bunk bed, ceiling fan, and a double sofa bed.
The open-plan sitting area, dining space, and kitchen create a welcoming and spacious atmosphere. This area is equipped with a reverse cycle air conditioner, ceiling fans, a TV, a DVD player, and an iPod dock. For those chilly nights, a slow combustion heater is available (tenants are responsible for supplying their own wood).
The fully self-contained kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and a coffee machine (tenants are required to supply their own coffee pods).
The bathroom features a shower, vanity, and toilet, while a second separate toilet with a vanity is also available. The laundry area is equipped with a top loader washing machine for your convenience.
