As you enter this property you will feel instantly relaxed. The spacious entry hall downstairs welcomes you and provides access to the main bedroom with stunning sea and island views. Walk through the fantastic walk-in robe to the large ensuite, complete with spa bath, shower, vanity and toilet.
The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are also located downstairs plus 2nd bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. Living area at the rear of the home with TV, DVD player and iPod docking station. Access through the sliding doors to a sheltered fully fenced entertaining area.
As you make your way up the staircase you are greeted with the spacious modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine (pods required). Ducted R/C air conditioner throughout the home to provide all year round comfort. Relaxing living area with large flat screen TV, DVD player and surround sound. Make your way onto the private balcony which flows off the living area, complete with sun beds and amazing sea and island views.
The 4th bedroom is located at the rear of the home and shares access from the upstairs entertaining area to the third bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet.
Turn into Nevin Avenue off Franklin Parade and there is off street parking at the rear of the home, accessed through the locked gates with room for 2 -3 cars. Garage not for guest use.
Once parked, head on down the steps into a 2nd enclosed undercover entertaining area complete with outdoor furniture and lovely water feature.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Guests can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival.
Guests will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within 60-30 days of arrival.
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will not be refunded.
A booking fee may be charged to you at the owner's discretion.
Cancellations or refund requests by guests on arrival or during occupancy as a result of circumstances beyond the control of Escape Holiday Rentals will not be refunded. RLA298101.
OWNER'S RIGHTS
Please note that the Owner has various rights as follows: Bookings are subject to confirmation by the Owner, and the Owner reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time. Travel insurance is recommended. If the full amount of rental is not received by the due date, the Owner may RETAIN ANY DEPOSIT PAID, and re-let the property. Should you need to cancel your booking the owner reserves the right to RETAIN the payment received if we are unable to re-let for this period. All cancellations must be made in writing. RLA298101.
