This tastefully designed and modern villa boasts a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, as well as a great open plan living area with large flat screen TV, DVD player, bluetooth speaker, reverse cycle air conditioner, and ceiling fans. With superb sea views from the living, dining, and kitchen areas, you'll feel like you're living in paradise.
Sleeping up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms, Pine Beach Villa is perfect for families or groups of friends. The main bedroom is located on the middle level with a queen size bed plus ensuite with shower, vanity, and toilet. The spacious mezzanine floor features a queen size bed, library full of books and board games, and a sitting area to relax and recharge. On the ground level, you'll find the 3rd bedroom with two single beds and a flat screen TV, as well as the main bathroom with a shower over the bath, vanity, and toilet.
With a large private backyard to cook up a barbeque and a lockup double garage for your convenience, Pine Beach Villa has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. And with all linen supplied, you can rest easy knowing that your bed will be made up and ready for you upon arrival.

Travel insurance is recommended. If the full amount of rental is not received by the due date, the Owner may RETAIN ANY DEPOSIT PAID, and re et the property.
