Kuti Shack is nestled amongst the sand hills of Goolwa Beach and features local fish and many of the Fleurieu’s finest ingredients, including the mighty Kuti (Pipi) of course. Brendan and Vanessa... do incredible things with Fleurieu produce. Kuti Shack is all about creating exciting new and innovative Pipi dishes with local indigenous ingredients. But for those who are still to jump on the #pipirevolution there is a host of other seafood, produce, wine and craft beer from the Fleurieu, cooked by local creative chefs. Glorious Goolwa Beach, approximately 18km's of white sand stretching all the way to Middleton. Surf, swim and enjoy. The sunsets over the beach are some of the best you will see. Goolwa Beach is... patrolled by Goolwa Surf Life Saving Club, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays at a minimum during the summer season - beginning early October and finishing April. Goolwa Beach can also be accessed by 4WD, and you can travel all the way to the mouth of the Murray Mouth! Make sure to pay attention to tide times and signage at the entry point. The sand dunes are out of bounds and driving on them is highly illegal. Part of the appeal of the drive is actually the expanse of untouched sand hills.
