Step into the open-plan lounge, dining, and kitchen area, featuring easy-care wood floors. Expansive windows and doors across the front open up to a full-length wooden deck, where you can enjoy your morning coffee on the outdoor setting. The dining area, with seating for eight, also has sliding doors that lead to a side porch with a BBQ and a couple of chairs.
Relax on the two large sofas while watching TV or enjoying a quiet afternoon read. The kitchen is well-equipped with electric hotplates, an oven, a microwave for quick meals, a dishwasher, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster, and cooking utensils. Stay comfortable year-round with split system heating and cooling.
The master bedroom features a king bed and TV, with a walk-through large walk-in robe to the ensuite bathroom, complete with a shower, toilet, vanity, and heat lamp. The second bedroom has a queen bed and open hanging space. The main bathroom includes a separate shower, bath, vanity, and heat lamp, with a separate toilet. The third bedroom also has a queen bed and open hanging space, while the fourth bedroom includes two single beds and a small desk. No. 8 The Block is the perfect destination for a great weekend or short stay holiday. Located in close proximity and within walking distance to beaches, shops, cafes, restaurants, the upgraded main street precinct, and Victor Central shopping mall, this property offers everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay.
Featuring Three large and spacious bedrooms, this apartment can accommodate a maximum of 14 guests (maximum of 10 adults and 4 x children under 10yrs). The first bedroom boasts a comfortable Double size bed, while the second bedroom features a Queen and bunk bed. The third bedroom offers a Queen bed and 2 x family bunks (double bed with single on top) and a sliding door to the balcony. Please note all top bunks are only suitable for 10 years and younger. The property also includes two bathrooms, a large one upstairs and a smaller one downstairs. The kitchen offers quality appliances, a coffee machine, cooking facilities, and a dishwasher. The split system heating and cooling ensures that you are comfortable throughout your stay.
Secure parking is included for one car, and the large living and entertaining area extends out to the undercover rear patio, which features an outdoor dining setting. The living area is equipped with a smart television and DVD player, and a laundry with a washing machine is available for your convenience.
This apartment is perfect for any combination, whether it be a couple or a family, with ample room for two families. The apartment is directly across the road from a park, perfect for the kids to play, or if you feel like a swim, it is only a 2-minute walk to the beach.
